Power Registry

We need to keep track of powered wolves, so I made this. Whenever a powered wolf is accepted, their name will be added to the list, along with what powers they posses. Every power is unique, so there is no point in listing them. Some wolves might have slimier powers, but try to make your wolf different. Anything is possible, after all. Twins may have the same powers, and are more powerful together, but powered twins must be 2ed Gen.
